Speaking Bio

Randy Meyer, The Mayor of Motivation, owns and operates Meyer Motivates, which gives him the opportunity to present motivational talks across the country to associations and corporations. Randy is currently writing a book, “Awaken the Leader in the Mirror”.

Cancer took Randy’s eyesight at age two, but it did not take his vision for life or desire for accomplishment. From a young age, Randy’s blindness taught him to come up with unique solutions to unique problems. He does not view his blindness as a handicap and does not let it slow him down in life. Remarkably, Randy enjoys more success then most sighted individuals. He was a championship wrestler in college and high school. He is a successful businessman and is currently the Mayor of his hometown of Sheboygan Falls, Wisconsin. Randy believes that the world should not have to adapt to him, rather that he needs to adapt to the world.
